Is the Board in which all decisions are being approved, discussed or even delegated if required. This PMO is to organize and monitor all training, processes and Best Practices to any personnel in Holistika no matter their role. That means that they are not responsible only for External projects but also internal ones.

Base Authentication, assigned to everyone by default. Has 0 level security clearance. Must be manually promoted to level 1+.

Front-end of Data Governance
Is on charge of transmitting the identity of the company in ay format, be it written, AV or any kind of manner. The role is expected to be as creative as possible, thus relaying in Marketing Operations for all process interpretation in the Marketing Area, including visuals'.
Reports to CMO but can have a Brand Manager in between
Uses financial statements to interpret the company's situation and complement/update the current Financial Strategy with whatever needs to be achieve. This constitutes the company's official Objectives, once the CFO and CEO have approved them.
Back-end of Data Governance
They hold all financial statements related to external expenditure or revenue.

Responsible for all external cost/expenditure. Note that cost casn be both positive OR negative.
Reserved to block users. Has Security Level Clearance 0 by default. Can't be promoted manually to 1+. One must update the rol of the user to any other than this before upgrading the security level clearance. D-Class will always have a Security Level Clearance of 0.
Has privileges over AIC. This role is directly linked to the Administrator and only the Administrator can launch, run or deploy a code in which Susana is involved. Hence, the AIC agents will go first, be linked to Susana's user then be ran by the Administrator. Hence the matching Security Level.
Chief Operations Officer
AI Agent. This role is shared for permissions for any code execution that comprises an AI, except if one cannot configure the AI as an user in the current process.
Is responsible for ensuring that the CORE values of Research & Logic, Foresight, Business Engineering and Process Engineering, along with Admin's H processes are followed in Holistika's BAU operations. Their SOP will consist of the compendium of the above. The more detailed, the better, as the rest of the organisation will have to read Compliance's policies upon being contacted and/or contracted.

Is responsible for ensuring that the components, the structure of the data available is OK for the current and/orf future architecture as well as providing detailed instructions on its usage and improvement.
Chief Marketing Officer
Is responsible for overall wellbeing of any person affiliated with Holistika. Must nurture them and create a growth plan for each of them with the help of their team.

Is responsible for keeping record of the personnel, resources and liabilities that Holistika holds with any collaborator. Be it a contractor, an employee or a supplier. The reason for this is to ensure harmonization across our B2E, B2B and even B2C processes.

Manages Tax database which is to be used as a date/ratio multiplier on any financial database. That way, operations can function without taking taxes into account leaving it for Taxes team, which will apply the aforementioned ratio on the financial data they receive and update the final version for everyone to see and use.
Ensures viability of all technological aspects, capabilities, assets and ressources of the company. That means, it is the technological representative to the company's "T" for pesTel, as per Business Engineering policy.
Is responsible for customer success. If more community managers are contracted. Change the name of this role to "Customer Success Manager" and leave the Community Managers with level 3 access.
All current PMO methodologies are applicable + Customer Success frameworks like NPS.
Currently: Susana Madeira
Is responsible for ensuring that every action from CPO team is using all of Holistika's Marketing strategies available for better success. It is also responsible for representing Corporate's point of view in any Marketing strategy, so even if they report to CPO, they will mostly work with CMO and their team. The reason they are in CPO is because their influence has to be ensured by a team that also has Compliance & Talent in it.
Manages Pricing Database, approve every user and usage of its information. Updates Pricing logic by interacting with every asset and team involved in a pricing process.
Responsible for all external revenue. Note that revenue casn be both positive OR negative.

Holds full accountability for every financial statement. It represents the final validation before CFO's.
